This week, we are taking another look at our “Where Are You Giving Away Your Power” series. It is full of eye-opening suggestions on places to check to make sure you aren’t giving away your power. Here’s a little summary of what you will learn:
Part One: Visit your Mentally Fit Room and ask yourself: Are You Ready To Stop Giving Away Your Power?
Part Two: Visit your Emotionally Fit Room and be reminded that Only You Get To Pick What Defines You.
